the staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable. it had a perfect setting close enough to stores and restaurants and transport, restaurants bars and shops. was only here for business trip, yet would definitely book again.

The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, providing everything our family needed for a comfortable stay. The kids especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, which allowed them to stay connected and entertained. We also appreciated the central location, making it easy to explore and visit nearby attractions.

My children wanted a playground or outdoor space to play in.

Would book here again, no complaints, liked it very much. Thank you for really good stay during the business trip. Incredible location close to the bus and train station, very close to Glass of Water. They provide a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the washroom.

The dedicated working area with a table and office chair was a great feature in the apartment. It made it easy for me to work comfortably and be productive during my stay.

Unpredictable location.

Very friendly staff at the property, well-equipped rooms. Comfortable setting really close to great for those who want to self cater, the Valkea mall and transport, restaurants bars and shops. Btw, located very close to city center. For dinner go to Huviretki Restaurant, situated right next to the apartment. Excellent service overall. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge available🙂🙂

We stayed at an apartment in the city center during Christmas and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with a full kitchen, including utensils, iron, and ironing board. The key pick-up point was conveniently located near the train station, which made the check-in process seamless. the apartment had a sauna, which was a great way to relax during the holiday season.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the parking instructions were not very clear, and we struggled to find the correct free parking spots as indicated on the map.

The staff is always amicable and very very helpful. The location is particularly good and incredible, within 10 minutes' walk of Tietomaa Science Centre. It's found in a really quiet area really close to the crossroad and town centre.

The kids loved the free Wi-Fi, they were able to surf the internet and play their favorite games without any interruptions. The location was perfect for our family, with plenty of nearby attractions and activities to keep everyone entertained. It was a memorable and enjoyable experience for all.

My wife says that the apartment would be even better if there was a dedicated play area for children.

Fast internet and good kitchen facilities were available at the hotel, making it convenient for my business trip. the location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to nearby amenities. the sauna facility was a pleasant bonus, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of work.

There was a problem with parking. there were only a few remote public parking spaces, making it difficult to find a spot.

The facilities at the hotel were impressive. the kitchen had all the utensils we needed, including a kettle, coffee makers, and a toaster. We were able to cook our own meals easily. the rooms were clean and well-maintained. the modern accommodation made our stay comfortable.

One major downside was the misleading location. the hotel advertised itself as being near the train station, but it was actually more than 1km away.

I always choose this place for my stay. Helpful staff gave me local taxi number on my first visit. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, kitchen, TV, off-site car park, electric kettle & cookware. No pets or smoking allowed. I will come back for city trip.
